So, many of my friends and other people I have known over time are getting married within the next year. I have a few friends who got married last year and for those of you, I'm not forgetting you, I'm just realizing how many weddings I have heard about recently.
As an example, last year my Auntie Mary married Hugh, my cousin Yvon married Lisa, Ken and Laurel got married, Scott and Sam, as well as Selena and Nathan. Now, I didn't attend all of the weddings but I know that they were filled with people who love and care about each couple and that the couples are incredibly happy together. This is a HUGE blessing to see...
This year the weddings start this coming weekend with Dana and Jon, Tara and Nolan this spring, then Justin and Candace in June, Erin and Trevor as well as Randi and Adrian in July, Ian and Christine in August, Lauren and Ian in the fall and I believe Nancy and Andrew are in there somewhere as well... I just want to say to all of these couples that I am sending best wishes and much happiness as they begin their lives together!

Except, the songs are songs that I often associate with weddings and all have meanings which are special to me and to some of my friends. I have loved this song for years... It was MAJORLY overplayed for a while and I think part of that was because it makes for a perfect father-daughter dance at a wedding and the radio stations were wanting some major publicity for it. I can't even count how many weddings I have been to where this was the song that one of my friends and her dad danced to.
The next two were both sung by the same artist. I love her older stuff and I know that Kristyn and Ryan's song is the first one. The second is one I love and may consider using in the future.
